    Interior partition framing

    Cold-formed steel stud partitions for the Nightingale Oncology veterinary tenant improvement, including exam rooms, treatment, reception and support spaces.

    Opening and blocking coordination

    Door openings, doubled studs and equipment blocking coordinated with the architectural partition package and owner-furnished equipment.

  3. 03

    Existing-shell interface

    New metal-stud work detailed within the existing single-story building at 85 Eagle Street, including conditions noted to remain at exterior walls and windows.
