CFS wall panels for glazed openings and garage-door headers; exterior sheathing specified as 5/8" CDX plywood.

Roof truss package

CFS trusses detailed for roof live 45 psf, dead 30 psf, snow 56 psf; hurricane clips and bearing fasteners called out.

Hold-downs and connections

S/HDU hold-downs, TITAN base fixings and Rigid Connector Angles detailed for panel and truss anchorage.

Architectural interface review

CFS geometry developed around architectural openings and roof conditions identified for exterior wood cladding, EPDM roofing and Clopay 904 overhead doors.
