Scope

Exterior wall panelization

Sixty-five panelized wall elevations coordinated around storefronts, doors, corners and the irregular building perimeter.

Deflection and slab-edge coordination

Six-inch bottom track and slotted top track details coordinate the wall package with concrete slab edges and required vertical movement.

Canopy and balcony framing

Separate CFS joist layouts address the street canopy and residential balconies, including rigid connector interfaces to primary steel.
